Jami Hydraulics was established in the year 2004, since then the company has grown as a successful, dependable and quality conscious company with clients from various parts of India. Jami Hydraulics Pvt Ltd has an infrastructure appropriately designed for the production of best quality hydraulic equipment. The company possesses a workforce of experienced managers, skilled engineers and dedicated workers.

Devotionally engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing and reconditioning of hydraulic cylinders and systems. The company within a short span of time has developed capability of manufacturing and remanufacturing of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and systems to cater all major and minor industries in India.

We undertake honing, cylindrical grinding and hard chrome plating jobs and also can supply hydraulic spares and seal kits.

Our efforts were realized by the major industries like VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT, NAVAL DOCKYARD, BHPV, VISAKHAPATNAM PORT TRUST, HINDUSTAN SHIPYARD Ltd., NTPC-Simhadri, JSW-Bellary, HPCL-Visakha refinery etc., and registered us as their permanent suppliers.

We are dedicated to meet the customer requirements and enhance the customer satisfaction by supplying quality product and services in line with all quarantees and warrantees in place. Our works were being inspected by third party inspectors like IRS (Indian register of shipping). The Managing Director is a technocrat and dedicated to supply quality product and best services.

To meet the growing demand in Orissa, Company has opened a branch office at Jajpur Road, the steel hub of the Orissa.

MD’S BACKGROUND

J.V.VISWESWARA RAO started his carrier as a Marine Engineer from 1986-1988 and shifted to steel industry and joined M.N.Dastur Co. in the year 1988. He had worked in Visakhapatnam steel plant(MMSM) on behalf of M.N.Dastur Co. and responsible for Mechanical equipment (8500 T) erection, commissioning and handed over the equipment to clients Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. During this tenure he had interacted with SKODA.ZDAS of Czechoslovakia and Stein Heurtey of France, subsequently he was transferred to Rourkela Steel Plant in 1992 and involved in modernization of hot strip mill and interacted with MDS Germany.

In the year 1996, he had joined with Jindal Vijayanagar Steel Ltd. and involved in reconditioning of hot strip mill equipment (Danieli, USA). He was solely responsible for the erection and commissioning of prestigious coil box as well as mill equipment and hydraulic systems. He had a sound experience on reconditioning the hydraulic cylinder and systems. He had undergone training on hydraulic systems at Bakaro Steel Plant (India), British Steel (England), and Lake Erie works(Canada).

In 2002 he had started his own business and made a sound beginning with Marketing of hydraulic Seals. Then he realized the scope of hydraulic system requirement in the Coastal area and established an integrated work shop, only one of its kind in Visakhapatnam - Bhubaneswar region.

He always strives for the quality and this attitude made the company to be accredited as ISO 9001:2000 company and subsequently upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 company. His services made the company to convince the major and minor industries/customers and thus receiving repeated orders.

He has completed his B.E (Mech-Marine) from Andhra University in the year 1985 and subsequently completed M.E. (Industrial Engineering). His relentless Quality conscious made him to pursue further studies and joined in PH.D (Quality Control) at Andhra University in the year 2010.
